My Fertility Portal is a user-friendly companion app designed to support individuals throughout their fertility journey, regardless of whether they are City Fertility clients or associated with an affiliated clinic. The app offers easy access to treatment and stimulation plans, consent forms, and necessary documentation that is part of the cycle.
